Return Policy

If you receive Custom Flies that do not meet your standards, please contact us and let us know. We will work with you to ensure that you are happy with your order.

All defective Fly Tying Materials will be accepted for credit or exchange at Fish Drift Fly Company’s discretion when received within 30 days of the purchase date accompanied by a receipt of purchase from First Drift Fly Company.

If you're not satisfied with any Fly Tying Materials, you may return it in its new condition in it’s original packaging for up to 30 days from purchase to receive a full refund. If you would like to cancel your Fly Tying Material order for any reason, you may do so before the order has shipped and receive a full refund. Custom Fly orders can only be canceled before they have begun to be tied. Orders canceled after shipment will result in shipping and return shipping charges.

If you return an item and your refund takes your purchase total below the amount needed for Free Shipping, you willl be charged shipping and this amount will be subtracted from your refund.
